The hotel was a great base for enjoying an extremely comfortable area, short walk to the town centre. The room was airy and our bed was extremely comfy, we had a really amazing experience.

Everything was great - bright rooms and tasty breakfasts. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bar was comfortable with courteous staff. All the services were excellent. The facilities were superb too.

The rooms with the bathroom and a safe and all the essentials. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the trainstation and the town centre.

The staff was respectful, the beds were soft, and the room was light. Plenty of supplies in the room: climate control, armchairs and separate lounge. Fine breakfast, polite service. There were a shopping street and a market around the hotel. Superb restaurant provided local dishes.

Many things to like: splendid food, very very friendly staff, very comfy bed. The room was immaculate and had a particularly nice view of the city. Fairly clean place and amazing service. Downstairs bar was busy and well priced.

The reception was grand and clean. I got superior deluxe room for 2 nights, liked it. It was absolutely gorgeous, and the bathroom was nice. Location was BRILLIANT in a very impressive area. Fabulous place to stay while in Birmingham.

We liked the very central location and how clean the place was kept. Comfortable bedrooms. The view here was good! Service in the hotel was helpful too. Besides, we parked the car nearby.

one could dine at restaurants such as bacchus bar 5 minutes away. the building was beautiful.

Breakfast was GOOD as you get in any 4 star hotel. 20 minutes drive to the airport.
